With basic project information we can produce a first cost range and timeline for you to work with. It's free and with no commitment to continue.
Documentation for permits and operation
When the project starts, we provide the documentation needed for building permit, inspection plan and future operation — in a format that's actually usable.
A short project description
Building type, rough size, location and a rough timeline goes a long way for a first conversation. It doesn't need to be finalised — it's often better if it isn't.
Sketches or volume studies
If you already have an architect onboard we'd love to see early sketches. Otherwise we're happy to recommend someone we've had a good experience with.
