Coreframe is a Swedish frame supplier that takes responsibility for the frame from design through erection. We work with hybrid frames in mass timber and Ytong — for housing, offices, healthcare and civic buildings.

As a frame supplier we take responsibility for the building's load-bearing system from first sketch to a finished frame on site. That means you get a single party to hold on to — instead of coordinating designer, manufacturer and erector separately.
We design together with your architect and structural engineer, manufacture the elements industrially in our workshop, and erect them with our own team on site.
Developers and contractors.
We deliver to developers, municipalities, property owners and general contractors. Large and small — housing developers wanting to secure the delivery, construction companies that want to offload the frame to a partner with end-to-end responsibility.
As an option we also deliver ground slab + frame + weather-tight house, for contractors who want to shorten the weather-sensitive phase.

Our strength is that the frame arrives on the right day, in the right shape, with the right performance — every time. We've deliberately chosen not to become the largest in Sweden. We want to be the easiest to work with.

A frame supplier is responsible for the building's load-bearing frame — design, manufacturing and erection. Coreframe takes joint responsibility for the entire chain, so the developer or contractor has a single party to hold on to.
Which frame systems do you deliver?+
We deliver hybrid frames in mass timber (CLT) and Ytong, as well as pure timber frames. The hybrid gives low weight, fast erection and good acoustic comfort.
What project sizes do you take?+
We work with both smaller projects such as townhouses and preschools, and multi-family buildings, offices, healthcare and hotels. We've deliberately chosen not to be the largest — but the most accessible.
Where in Sweden do you deliver?+
We're based in Malmö and deliver across Sweden, with focus on southern and central Sweden — but we take projects further north as well.
How quickly can you give a price range?+
With a short project brief and an optional volume sketch we can come back with a first price range and timeline within one to two weeks — free of charge.
