Frame erection with our own crew.
Coreframe performs frame erection with our own site management and own crew. We raise frames in mass timber and Ytong — quickly, safely and with quality documentation.
Planning, not improvisation.
Before the first lift we produce a lift plan, delivery schedule, work-environment plan and a checklist for site readiness. That makes erection days run smoothly — without waiting for missing elements or cranes that don't reach.
Own crew, daily coordination.
We erect with our own crew, who know the frame we manufactured ourselves. Daily coordination with your site management, lift documentation and rolling quality control. You get a contact person to walk through the day with — not a staffing agency that rotates.
Weather-tight, ready to take over.
When the frame is up we hand over with quality documentation and the supporting data needed for the next trades. As an option we also deliver weather-tight house — so interior work can start in a dry, protected building.
What we get asked the most.
What's included in a frame erection?+
Lift planning, receiving of elements, lifting and raising, fixings and connections, quality control, and coordination with your site management. We take work-environment responsibility for the frame works.
How long does erection take?+
For a typical multi-family building of three to five storeys the frame is up in two to four weeks from first lift, depending on layout and delivery cadence.
What cranes are needed?+
We plan the lifts together with you and engage mobile or tower crane depending on what the project requires. The lift plan is produced before erection starts.
Can you handle tight sites?+
Yes. We have experience from dense urban sites with limited manoeuvring space. We plan just-in-time deliveries so you don't have to stage materials on site.
What do you need from us on site?+
Completed slab or foundation per drawings, accessibility for transports, staging area and power. We walk through a checklist before erection starts.
