Frame contractor with joint responsibility.
Coreframe is a frame contractor for multi-family housing, offices, healthcare, schools and civic buildings. We take contract responsibility for the frame — design, manufacturing and erection with a single party.
One party, one interface.
As frame contractor we take responsibility for the frame as a single body of work on your site. You get one contract party for design, manufacturing and erection — and the same people who designed the solution stand behind it when the frame goes up.
Slab + frame + weather-tight.
For contractors who want to shorten the weather-sensitive phase we deliver the optional package of ground slab, frame and weather-tight house in one commitment. Less logistics, shorter weather exposure, faster start of interior works.
Our own erection crew.
We erect with our own crew and our own site management. Lift planning, work environment, quality documentation and daily coordination are all included — so you get a frame contractor that not only delivers but also runs the work on site.
What we get asked the most.
What's the difference between a frame supplier and a frame contractor?+
In practice the terms are often used interchangeably. As frame contractor we hold construction-contract responsibility for the frame as work on your site — design, delivery and erection are included.
Can you take full responsibility for the frame phase?+
Yes. We can deliver only the frame, or extend the scope to ground slab, frame and weather-tight house — so the building is weather-protected before interior works start.
Which contract forms work?+
We work both as a sub-contractor under a turnkey contract and as a directly procured frame contractor in a split contract.
What's included in your erection responsibility?+
Our own erection crew on site, lift planning, work environment responsibility for the frame works, weather protection if needed and quality control. You get a contact person to walk through the day with.
How short site times can you hold?+
For a typical multi-family building of three to five storeys the frame is up in two to four weeks from first lift, depending on layout and delivery cadence.
