Prefab frame

Prefabricated frame — complete delivery.

Coreframe delivers prefabricated frames in mass timber and Ytong. The elements are manufactured industrially in our workshop and erected quickly on site — for a predictable timeline and consistent quality.

01 — What's included

The frame as a complete delivery.

Load-bearing walls, floors and roof are delivered ready-made with fixings and connection details on site. Optionally we also deliver the ground slab and windows + façade — so the house is weather-tight when we hand over.

02 — Timeline

Predictable, from contract to erection.

Typical lead time is 12–20 weeks from finalised drawings to first lift, depending on project size and our production slots. We confirm the exact timeline at contract and stand by it.

03 — Quality

Industrial, not improvised.

Industrial manufacturing gives consistent quality, less waste and a better work environment. It shows in both the end product and how smoothly the erection goes — because the elements are drawn to fit, not adjusted on site.
