Coreframe is a Swedish frame supplier for construction projects of all sizes. We take responsibility for the whole journey — design, manufacturing and erection — so that you as developer or contractor get a frame that just works.

We're not aiming to be the biggest. We want to be the easiest to work with. That means one contact person, one price, one timeline and one responsibility — single-family homes, townhouses, a preschool or a multi-family building.
Four steps, one delivery.
- 01First conversation
We look at your project idea together — building type, location and rough size. No strings attached.
- 02Design
We produce structural drawings and coordinate with your architect and other consultants. If you'd like, we take the role of lead structural engineer for the whole project. You get cost estimate and timeline early.
- 03Manufacturing
The frame's parts are made in a controlled environment and delivered together to the site in the order you need them.
- 04Erection
Our team erects the frame on site and hands over to the next contractor. You have one contact all the way through.
+ Can be extended to weather-tight house — we then also handle roof, façade and windows.
